How to use this printable
Choose your rules
Write three to five actions you can clearly mark complete. Reading ten pages or doing a planned study session is easier to track than a vague promise to improve.
Prepare before day one
Put your book, workout clothes and study materials where you will use them. Use the preparation list to remove the small obstacles that delay starting.
Check in each evening
Use the same numbered rule columns throughout the tracker. Leave missed actions blank and review what made the next day easier.
A seasonal tracker, with the dates made clear
This printable follows 1 October through 31 December 2026: 92 calendar days. It is not an exact 90-day grid. If you begin partway through the season, start at today’s row. For an exact rolling 90-day challenge, choose your own dates or follow a 90-day plan in Habpic.
Make your winter arc to-do list specific
Use the body, mind and future-self lists as a starting point rather than a requirement to do everything. Choose habits that support one main goal and fit your ordinary week. The blank rule spaces let you keep the plan personal without rewriting the tracker.

Frequently asked questions
Is this Winter Arc checklist free?
Yes. Both pages are free to download directly, with no email address, account or app subscription required.
Can I use it after October 1?
Yes. Start on your current date and use the remaining dated rows. The weekdays are specifically for 2026; the separate 30-day habit tracker is undated.
Are these the official Winter Arc rules?
Winter Arc has many versions rather than one universal rulebook. This printable helps you choose your own rules. Habpic’s in-app challenges have their own habit details and durations.
