Delete in the app
For the fastest verified deletion path:
- Open Habpic and go to Profile.
- In Account & Support, tap Delete Account.
- Read the subscription warning, then confirm Delete Permanently.
Request deletion on the web
If you cannot access the app, email habpic.app@gmail.com. Use the email linked to your Google or Apple sign-in when possible. Include your Habpic account email or user ID and state that you want the account and associated data deleted. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership before acting.
What deletion removes
- Your Firebase Authentication account and Habpic profile.
- Cloud-synced habits, completion logs, proofs, reflections, focus presets, settings, and profile photo.
- Your private proof media and staged Pact uploads in Habpic cloud storage.
- Proof Pacts you own, including their stored Pact media.
- Your membership, linked habits, due-day records, reactions, and proof photos contributed to Pacts owned by other people.
- Habpic's local database, app-owned proof files, local settings, and secure Habpic identifier on the device used to confirm deletion.
Guest and device-only data
A guest has no cloud account to delete. Clear Habpic's app data or uninstall the app to remove app-owned local data, subject to operating-system or device backups. Original photos you selected from your photo library, and copies you separately saved or shared outside Habpic, are not deleted.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting a Habpic account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel through your Apple or Google subscription settings to stop future renewal. The stores and RevenueCat may retain purchase or transaction records for billing, fraud prevention, tax, dispute, and legal obligations.

Timing and limited retention
In-app deletion starts immediately after confirmation, but network or recent-sign-in verification may be required. A verified email request is handled as soon as reasonably possible. Live Habpic account data is removed through the deletion process. Limited security logs, transaction records, legally required records, and provider backups may remain for their documented retention periods; Firebase states that some deleted authentication data can take up to 180 days to leave backup systems.
