Terms of Use

By downloading, accessing, or using Habpic, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. App store terms may also apply.

You may use supported local features as a guest. Google or Apple sign-in is required for account-based features such as cloud identity and Proof Pacts. You must provide accurate information, protect access to your device and sign-in account, and be at least 13 years old or the higher minimum age required where you live.

You keep ownership of your habit names, reflections, profile image, and proof photos. You grant Habpic a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, resize, moderate, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide sync, backup, support, and the sharing choices you make. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for temporary backups or records we must retain by law.

A Proof Pact shares selected habit activity with its members. Link only habits you intend to include, review the per-proof sharing choice, and invite people you trust. Withholding a photo can still share the completion status. Pact owners choose Pact settings and may close a Pact. Habpic may moderate, hide, or remove shared content to protect users or enforce these terms. Blocking separates both accounts across all shared Pacts. If the blocker owns a shared Pact, the blocked member is removed; otherwise the blocker leaves. Unblocking does not restore past membership or content.

Do not upload illegal, exploitative, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, infringing, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content. Do not harass others, impersonate a person, bypass security or plan limits, automate abusive activity, interfere with the service, or use another person's image without permission. You can report inappropriate Pact content in the app. Habpic may remove an image while preserving a completion planet, close a Pact, separate accounts, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary for safety or enforcement. Child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, sextortion, trafficking, and child sexual abuse material are strictly prohibited. Habpic may report confirmed illegal material or imminent danger to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

Habpic Pro is sold through Apple App Store or Google Play. The price, billing period, trial, and renewal terms shown by the store at purchase control your subscription. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account before renewal. Habpic uses RevenueCat to verify entitlements. Deleting Habpic or your Habpic account does not cancel a store subscription; manage or cancel it through Apple or Google. Refunds are handled under the store's rules and applicable law.

Habpic is a habit, focus, and accountability tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition and is not medical, mental-health, nutritional, or professional advice. Do not rely on Habpic for emergencies or replace advice from a qualified professional.

We work to keep Habpic reliable, but features may depend on your device, internet connection, Firebase, app stores, or other providers. We may fix, improve, limit, or discontinue features and may update plan limits or pricing prospectively. Keep independent copies of content that you cannot afford to lose.

You may stop using Habpic or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, abuse, or a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice or a way to appeal.

To the extent permitted by law, Habpic is provided as available without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost streaks, or data loss caused by device failure, user action, store or provider outages, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may revise these terms when the product, law, or our providers change. We will post the updated date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
