01. User Responsibilities
Users are expected to use Habpic for its intended purpose of tracking habits. Any misuse, including the upload of harmful, illegal, or offensive content, is strictly prohibited.
02. Content Ownership & Responsibility
You retain 100% ownership of any media (photos, videos, audio) you upload to Habpic. By using our cloud sync features, you grant us the limited license necessary to host and synchronize this data for your personal use across your devices.
03. Google Services Integration
Our app integrates with Google Services for authentication and storage. Your use of these features is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. Habpic is not responsible for data loss resulting from changes to Google's platform or account revocation by the user.
04. App Liability
Habpic is provided "as is." We are not liable for any data loss, especially concerning Google Drive synchronization issues beyond our immediate control.
05. Termination Clause
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community standards or terms of service.
